Cancellation policy

Pre-order & Cancellation Policy — Iron Ethos

This Cancellation Policy applies to all pre-order purchases made through www.iron-ethos.com. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Pre-order Charges
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed, not at the time of shipment. The charge appears once on your statement; this is a one-time payment, not a recurring or subscription charge.

2. Estimated Delivery
Pre-order items are shipped approximately three (3) weeks after payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Estimated delivery windows are good-faith estimates and may change due to production or logistics delays. We will notify you by email if any material delay occurs.

3. Customer Cancellation Window
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has shipped, for a full refund to the original payment method. To cancel, email service@iron-ethos.com from the email address used to place the order, with your order number in the subject line. Cancellations are processed within five (5) business days; refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations After Shipment
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Iron Ethos's Right to Cancel
Iron Ethos reserves the right to cancel a pre-order if the product cannot be produced or delivered, if the pre-order was placed in error, or in the event of suspected fraud. If we cancel your pre-order, you will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Changes to Pre-orders
Variant, address, and quantity changes can be requested by email up until 24 hours before shipment, subject to availability.
