Shipping policy

Shipping Origin & Carriers

Iron Ethos products are shipped directly from our production facility in Yangjiang, Guangdong, China. Depending on the destination and order size, your package may be carried by USPS, DHL, 4PX, or another trusted international carrier. Estimated transit time to most U.S. addresses is 10–15 business days from the date of shipment.

Order Processing

Our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and on all U.S. federal holidays; orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once an order has been submitted, items are typically dispatched within 48 hours (two business days, Monday through Friday). Pre-order items follow the timeline shown on the product page (approximately three weeks from payment) — see our Pre-order & Cancellation Policy for details.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order on the "My Account" page. Depending on the carrier selected, you may track your shipment on usps.com, dhl.com, 4px.com, or another carrier portal indicated in the tracking email.

Regional Restrictions

Some of the items we sell are subject to restrictions in certain regions. Please ensure that you understand our Terms and Conditions (which you must agree to in order to place an order), as well as any local laws or regulations in your area regarding the possession and/or carrying of the items you purchase.

Shipping Address

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is crucial. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has already shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us because the address provided by you (the customer) or your agent was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you immediately to correct the information and will reship the package upon payment of an additional shipping fee. All orders require a daytime contact phone number. Occasionally, packages may be returned to Iron Ethos as undeliverable. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to Iron Ethos, please contact service@iron-ethos.com to arrange for reshipment.

Service Area

Currently, our services cover most states within the continental United States, with the exception of the following 6 territories: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We are continuously expanding our service area; please stay tuned for updates.

2. How are shipping costs calculated? How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Iron Ethos offers free shipping within the U.S. on all orders totaling over $100, at no additional cost to you. Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping rate of $15.00. Standard delivery time is 10–15 business days from the date of shipment. Additional fees may apply if you request expedited or international shipping services. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible; if any issues arise during the delivery process, we will do our utmost to help you resolve them.
