Iron Ethos Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our Commitment
We build Iron Ethos knives to last. Every blade is shaped by form, balance, and purpose, and backed by a warranty that reflects that standard. We stand behind every knife we make. If something goes wrong due to materials or workmanship, we will evaluate it and resolve it under this warranty.
Coverage
Iron Ethos knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty cannot be transferred and applies only to knives purchased directly from Iron Ethos or from authorized retailers.
If a defect is confirmed, Iron Ethos will repair the knife, replace it with an equivalent model, or provide an appropriate resolution. The specific remedy will be determined by Iron Ethos based on the nature of the issue.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues related to manufacturing, assembly, structural integrity, or locking mechanisms where applicable, that are not caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repair.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use outside the knife’s intended design
- Excessive impact, lateral force, or applications other than cutting that compromise the blade, tip, handle, or structure
- Broken tips, blade chipping, or edge damage caused by impact, lateral stress, or improper use
- Improper sharpening, maintenance, or storage
- Rust, corrosion, staining, or damage caused by neglect or improper care
- Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, coating wear, or finish changes from regular use
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Iron Ethos
- Loss, theft, intentional damage, or counterfeit products
- Knives purchased from unauthorized sources
- Sheaths, hardware, accessories, and replaceable parts are not covered under this warranty but may be available for purchase or replacement separately. Contact us for details.
Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact Iron Ethos before sending in your product.

- Your name
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Do not ship any product to Iron Ethos until you have received return authorization and shipping instructions from our team.
Customers are responsible for shipping products to Iron Ethos. If the warranty claim is approved, Iron Ethos will cover standard return shipping within the United States. If the product is found to be outside warranty coverage, we may offer repair options outside warranty coverage when available, and return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
International orders may incur additional shipping costs in both directions.
Missing Parts or Accessories
If your order arrives with missing parts or accessories, please contact us at info@iron-ethos.com within 14 days of delivery so our team can assist you.
